At present, the research, production and utilization of surfactants are developing towards green and functional direction. The specific performance is as follows:

1) improve the molecular structure of surfactants and develop green surfactants that are easy to be biodegraded. For example, alkenyl sulfonates, oxidanes, polyoxyethylene nonionic surfactants, crown ethers, starch based, amino acid based polymer surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, biosurfactants with excellent degradation performance will gradually replace alkyl, aryl sulfonates, polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ethers with benzene ring and other hard to biodegrade surfactants.

2) design and develop a mild surfactant for human body to avoid significant damage to human skin and internal organs during the use of surfactant.

3) in the process of surfactant synthesis, we should make full use of the synergistic effect between surfactants, screen and develop multi-functional treatment agents, expand the cleaning function, and reduce the cost of treatment agents.

4) in consideration of the green of surfactant products and raw materials, the research and development of green chemical synthesis process of surfactant should be strengthened. When the power is often on, the high temperature will cause the poor panel to burn and melt, which will affect the normal use of the cable reel.
