Polyether amine, as a curing agent with elastic function, can make epoxy cured products have abundant tensile elongation and tensile strength. If the planning and manufacturing are proper, polyether amine technology can fully meet the functional requirements of low viscosity, good penetration function, strong adhesion, high tensile elongation and tensile strength.
When polyether amine is used, what should we do when it needs to be dissolved? In fact, it is very simple, as long as it is mixed with water, ethanol and so on. In addition, what dissolution methods do we need to know? Let's get to know.
1. Soluble in alcohol, water and other organic solvents.
2. Polyether amine has a lot of hydroxyl groups and ether bonds. It has good water solubility and is also easily soluble in alcohol, so it can be cleaned with ethanol or water. Some water solubility is not very high, then with alcohol is basically no problem.
3. When it adheres to the skin, wash it with plenty of water. When it enters the eyes, wash the eyes with water for more than 15 minutes.
4. In case of overflow, remove it with sawdust, yellow sand, cloth and other permeable substances, and then flush it with a large amount of water.
5. Of course, there are many other cleaning agents that can be used properly. It's easy to dissolve them in water.
6. Polyether amine is generally transparent viscous liquid, non-volatile, colorless, yellowish, yellow and so on. It is heavier than water, can be mixed with water in any proportion, and can be dissolved in organic solvents such as alcohols. It is prepared by the polymerization of initiator (compound containing active hydrogen group) with ethylene oxide (EO), propylene oxide (PO) and epoxy butane (Bo) in the presence of catalyst.
7. Glycerol (glycerol) is used as starting agent and epoxide (PO and EO are used together). By changing the feeding mode of Po and EO (mixed or separate), dosage ratio, feeding order and other conditions, various general polyether amines can be produced.
