CH-119 Silicone Fire Sealant

CH-119 is a single-part, neutral curing silicone fire sealant, fv-0 class flame retardant, building materials combustion performance B1 class (difficult material), burning can be self-extinguishing, will not emit smoke and harmful gas; no adverse reactions or corrosion to most building materials; good bonding performance for most building materials.

Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance and high and low temperature resistance after curing, long service life; good elasticity and resistance to displacement and deformation.

Main usage:

Ø Adhesive seals for all kinds of fire doors and windows, flame retardant seals for each layer of curtain wall; fire-retardant seals for all kinds of door and window glass; fixing and flame retardant sealing of electronic and electrical components; fire prevention and moisture-proof sealing for decoration of public places.

Instructions:

Ø Conduct the compatibility test of bonding materials before use, and confirm that the product and substrate can meet the construction requirements before construction;

Ø Materials in contact with flame retardant adhesive during construction shall be clean and dry;

Ø Cut the opening of the pipe and press the glue gun evenly into the interface, so that the flame retardant adhesive can make good contact with both sides of the interface to ensure that the joint is filled.

Construction summary:

Ø Not suitable for structural bonding assembly;

Ø Not applicable to all oozing grease, plasticizers, solvents or frosted, wet surfaces;

Ø Not suitable for use in closed Spaces or on surfaces in direct contact with food or drinking water;

Ø The surface temperature of the substrate is less than 4℃ or more than 40℃;

Ø Materials containing copper or copper alloys shall not be bonded.

Safety instructions:

Ø Silicone rubber construction site should pay attention to maintain a good ventilation environment;

Ø In case of eye contact with uncured adhesive, wash with plenty of water and seek medical help;

Ø The company only guarantees whether the products meet the quality requirements, and shall not be responsible for any accidental or improper use of the products.

Color and packaging:

Ø 590 ml in soft bag, 300 ml in rigid tube;

Ø Color: black, white, gray or any other color requested by the user.

Storage period:

Ø Store in a dry and ventilated place below 27℃;

  Ø Shelf life: 9 months
