CH-5910 Curtain Wall Neutral Silicone Weather Resistant Sealant

CH-5910 is a single-component, neutral, room temperature cured curtain wall silicone weather-resistant sealant; excellent weather resistance, long service life, UV, ozone, rain, hail, extreme high and low temperature will not affect it.

Good adhesion, strong adhesion to most building materials after curing; excellent tensile compression performance, the cured sealant maintains good elasticity between -50℃ and +150℃, and will not harden or crack; good compatibility with morning chemical neutral silicone structural adhesives and sealants.

Main usage:

Ø Used for non-structural lapping or butt sealing of glass curtain wall;

Ø Aluminum curtain wall joint seal;

Ø Concrete, tile, ceramic, plastic and metal plate bonding seals;

Ø Used for all kinds of aluminum doors and Windows, plastic steel doors and Windows installation, sealing seam sealing, other types of construction and industrial sealing.

Instructions:

Ø For the construction method, please refer to the "morning silicone weather-resistant sealant application process guide". Before use, the adhesive material compatibility test should be conducted, and the construction can only be conducted after confirming that the product and the base material can meet the construction requirements.

Construction summary:

Ø Not suitable for structural bonding assembly

Ø Not applicable to all oozing grease, plasticizers, solvents or frosted, wet surfaces;

Ø Not suitable for use in confined Spaces or on surfaces that come into direct contact with food or applied water;

Ø The surface temperature of the substrate is less than 4℃ or more than 40℃;

Ø Do not bond to substances containing ketone or alloy.

Safety instructions:

Ø Silicone rubber construction site should pay attention to maintain a good ventilation environment;

Ø In case of eye contact with uncured adhesive, wash with plenty of water and seek medical help;

Ø The company only guarantees whether the products meet the quality requirements, and shall not be responsible for any accidental or improper use of the products.

Color and packaging:

Ø 590ml in soft bag, 300ml in rigid plastic pipe;

Ø Color could be adjusted by customers’ request.

Storage period:

Ø Store in a dry and ventilated place below 27℃;

  Ø Shelf life: 9 months
