Rigid Foam Silicone Oil CGY-1 is a kind of Polyether copolymer with silicon-carbon structure. Therefore, it is anti-hydrolysis and stable in chemical property. It applies to rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foamed plastics. Mainly used in pipeline heat preservation, sandwich board, spraying construction, and it makes the material with good liquidity, excellent surface activity and emulsifying ability, moreover it reduces the surface tension, helps bubble nuclear and bubbles to form, which make the storage of polyether combination more ideal, make other components in the system with better compatibility, keep long-term storage but without separation phenomenon, CGY-1 silicon oil also could make plastic bubble structure more even, make closed pore rate higher, so as to improve the foam insulation and properties of mechanical strength.
