Soft Silicone Oil CGY-8123 is a non-solvent silicone Foam Stabilizer with high activity. It is suitable for box foam, flat foam and round foam systems, with fine and uniform cells. CGY-8123 has a wide range of use and can be continuously foamed on various types of machines, making it more suitable for low density sponge formulations. In sponge foaming, CGY-8123 can be added as a separate component or it can be premixed with Polyether or water.

Features:1、high activity, density range 5 ~ 20kg / m3;

              2、good opening, organic tin adjustment range is wide;

              3、the cells are fine and delicate;

              4、the product viscosity suitable for easy operation

Physical properties:

Appearance: colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid, no mechanical impurities

Viscosity (mPa·s / 25℃): 900 ~ 1500

Specific gravity (25℃): 1.04 ± 0.03

Use and storage Note:

1、the product is water-soluble silicone oil, contact with a lot of water after washing;

2、stored in a cool and ventilated place, the shelf life of 4 years.
