Polyether amine technology is often used as a kind of foaming agent after polyether amine is generated. Of course, it is because of the existence of such products that we can achieve a good effect when using products. However, when we use it in styrofoam, what should we pay attention to?
Based on the polarity of products applied by amino terminated polyether technology, and with low viscosity coefficient, it can form a very stable lubricant film with large adsorption capacity and bearing capacity under almost all lubrication conditions, with low friction coefficient and strong shear resistance. Its lubricity is better than that of mineral oil, polyalphaolefin and diester, but not as good as polyol ester and phosphate ester.
Compared with mineral oil and other synthetic oil, polyether amine technology is not superior in thermal oxidation stability. Under the action of oxidation, it is easy to break the chain, generate low molecular carbonyl and carbonyl compounds, and volatilize rapidly at high temperature. Therefore, it will not produce deposits and colloidal substances at high temperature, and the viscosity will gradually decrease without increasing. It has good sensitivity to antioxidants, and its decomposition temperature can be increased to 240 ~ 250 ℃ by adding antioxidant of hindered phenols and aromatic amines.
The products with different solubility can be obtained by adjusting the proportion of cyclooxygenane in the molecule. The higher the proportion of ethylene oxide, the greater the solubility in water. With the decrease of molecular weight and the increase of the ratio of terminal hydroxyl groups, the water solubility increased. The water solubility of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide COPOLYETHERS decreased with the increase of temperature.
When the temperature rises to a certain extent, the product is precipitated, which is called reverse solubility. By using this property, its aqueous solution can be used as a good quenchant and metal cutting fluid.
