The flame retardant lacks chemical combination with fiber-forming macromolecules, and its durability is poor. The reason is that the flame retardant has poor dispersion in the product, it is difficult to mix evenly with the melt, and it is easy to separate during spinning, resulting in spinning difficulties, affecting the flame retardant effect of the product and the physical properties of spinning. Therefore, researchers have carried out various experimental studies on the dispersion of flame retardant materials and fiber finishing.


Flame retardant


APG can replace the surfactant components in traditional detergents (AES, Las, AEO, 6501), and can also be used in blending with them. It has an ideal synergistic compound effect.

When APG is mixed in the washing powder, the gentleness, hard water resistance and comprehensive decontamination ability of the washing powder can be significantly improved.

APG is added to the solution before viscose fiber spinning as the dispersant of flame retardant material, and the macromolecular groups in viscose fiber mother liquor are copolymerized and cross-linked with flame retardant material molecules and APG active groups to nest each other during spinning to form an intersection network, so as to increase the binding between molecular chains, change the internal structure of viscose fiber and increase the crystallization area of viscose fiber, So as to improve its mechanical strength and flexibility.

1) The flame retardant material is directly added into the spinning mother liquor according to the mass fraction of 2% ~ 5% glue solution, stirred to make it uniform, put it into a vessel, vacuumize for defoaming treatment, and the time is 50min ~ 60min; Wire spraying, plasticization and stretch forming were carried out in an acid coagulation bath; The filaments were washed twice with 40 ℃ ~ 45 ℃ water, and desulfurized with NaOH. The dosage was 3% ~ 10% of the sample weight and the temperature was 40 ℃ ~ 45 ℃; The desulfurized filament is washed twice with 40 ℃ ~ 45 ℃ water, dried, cut into 51mm length and used as conventional flame retardant viscose fiber for standby.

2) The flame retardant material was made into dispersion with APG as dispersant and stirred homogeneously. Add 2% - 5% glue solution into the spinning mother liquor, stir it evenly, put it into a vessel, vacuum it for defoaming treatment, and the treatment method and process are the same as above.
