Alkyl polyglycoside (APG) is a non-ionic surfactant synthesized from renewable plant materials such as fatty alcohol and glucose. Compared with petrochemical raw materials, it is a natural, mild and green product with sustainable development. The application of APG is helpful to the development of tableware detergent in the direction of mild, non-toxic, non irritating, good degradability and strong decontamination.
