Biosurfactants are widely used in industry, agriculture, medicine and health
2021-04-06 16:54:26

Biosurfactants have been widely used in many fields, such as industry and agriculture, medicine, health and environmental protection. It has the characteristics of biodegradation and low toxicity. But so far, on the economic benefits, it is not able to compete with the synthetic chemical products in the market, so much work needs to be done.

Alkyl polyglycoside

1) It is urgent to improve the production technology of microbial surfactant and reduce the production cost.

2) Strengthen the genetic research of the strains, and recombine the strains through gene engineering to produce more effective surfactants;

3) Comprehensive toxicology experiments were carried out to ensure safety.

When dyeing in acid bath, amino groups of silk can absorb acid, neutral, direct dyes and anionic surfactants with negative charge. At this time, anionic surfactant and dye compete for the dye base according to their affinity. When the anionic surfactant has a greater affinity, the rate of fiber adsorption of dyes slows down, which reduces the dye up rate of anionic dyes, and plays a slow dyeing role as a slow dye, which is very meaningful for neutral dyes with high initial dyeing rate. However, in weak acid and neutral conditions, if the affinity of anionic surfactant to silk is too strong or the amount of it is too much, the dye left in the dyeing bath is too much, which is too economic. Therefore, when the high temperature is high, the neutral salt (such as salt, sodium hydroxide) is added to promote dyeing, and finally the dyeing is even and the dye is used as much as possible. In silk dyeing, Taigu oil, pancreatico bleaching T, Sodium Alkylbenzene Sulfonate, alkylsulfate salt, sodium fatty acid, naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation compound and other anionic surfactants have strong slow dyeing effect.
