Emulsification and foaming of alkylglycosides
2021-05-21 16:01:59

Alkyl glucosides have the advantages of ordinary nonionic and anionic surfactants: high surface activity, high viscosity, rich foam, fine and stable. The results showed that the combination with other surfactants had obvious synergistic effect; It has strong dispersing ability to calcium soap, and can be used in hard water; The stimulation to epidermis, mucosa and living cells is very low; It is easy to be biodegraded in natural environment and less pollution. APG is made from starch or hydrolyzed sugar and fatty alcohol. Its raw material is very wide, and more and more attention has been paid to APG in recent years.

Alkyl polyglycoside

Using the solubilization of detergent, phenol and anionic surfactants were mixed for a long time. For example, Lysol disinfectant, or coal phenol soap solution, is a compound of coal tar fractions (195 ℃ ~ 205 ℃) and soap, which are mainly composed of three cresol isomers (neighborhood, interposition and contraposition). The specific formula is: methylphenol 500ml, vegetable oil 173G, sodium hydroxide 27g, distilled water appropriate (full amount 1000ml). When preparing, soap is made from vegetable oil and sodium hydroxide, and cresol and distilled water are added while hot. Soap is used to make cresol soluble in water, alkylglycosides and reduce surface tension.

In addition, emulsion and emulsion and foam disinfectant are also reported and applied by using emulsification and foaming of surfactant.

Because of its unique structure and properties, surfactant has been widely used in the field of disinfection. The bacteria and viruses can be detected by the ordered combination of surfactants; The research and development of safe and efficient sterilization products can be made by molecular design. Improve the living environment of human beings and improve the quality of life.
