In addition to changing the activity of the solution in aqueous solution, that is, reducing its surface tension, various properties related to washing, such as penetration, adsorption, wetting, dispersion, emulsification, gelling and foaming, will change significantly near the critical micelle concentration.
Surfactants used in synthetic detergents are not very pure single compounds and often contain more or less adjacent homologues. Moreover, surfactants account for less than 1 / 3 of the total weight in detergent formula, and the rest are various additives and auxiliary agents, which play different roles. Therefore, the role of multiple groups of synthetic detergents in the washing process is a complex comprehensive process.
Main components of synthetic detergent. Amphiphilic molecules with both lipophilic (hydrophobic) and hydrophilic (hydrophobic) parts in chemical structure can be adsorbed on the two-phase interface and arranged in a single molecule to reduce the surface tension of the solution. This property is called surface (boundary) activity, and substances with surface activity are called surface (boundary) surfactant.
The main reasons for the increasing use of polyether amines are as follows:
1. Polyether amine is transparent, colorless and low viscosity. Due to the principle of environmental protection equipment, only 2-3 companies in the world really produce this kind of low molecular weight curing agent, while huntsman in the United States accounts for 80% of the total. The quality is not disorderly, so the quality can be fully guaranteed. Polyether amine is transparent, colorless and not easy to change color, meeting the requirements of polymer floor for luster and beauty. Polyether amine has low viscosity and thin coating and adhesive film. It is suitable for solvent-free and high sand content flooring. The proportion of adhesive sand for sand pressing flooring can be 1:15, which can also make the sand layer very slurry full and seamless crack.
2. Polyether amine has moderate rigidity and flexibility. Using polyether amine as curing agent or modifying other curing agents with polyether amine has a considerable effect on eliminating the internal stress of floor coating and improving adhesion. In the past, people mistakenly thought that the harder the epoxy floor surface was, the better. Therefore, they paid the price of cracking, delamination and easy scratching. When people used polyether amine to adjust the fair hardness and elasticity, it was found that all the above problems were solved or slow-release.
3. Polyether amine has the advantages of long curing time, convenient construction, colorless, tasteless, environmental protection and easy operation. Good results can be obtained by modifying alicyclic amine, fatty amine and polyamide with polyether amine.
