The limitation of the preparation process is limited, and there is a situation of unstable quality. Although there are several EO addition units introduced, AEO and aqeo series products can be produced in a large scale, but there are not enough varieties suitable for oil agent deployment. The development of software and hardware can not keep up with the actual needs, and I will start with scale production. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of domestic oil agents, we should introduce a complete set of oil agent monomer technology and equipment while developing software by ourselves. This can not only improve the localization level of oil agents, but also provide conditions for further development and catching up with the advanced level.

The basic theoretical research of surfactant is weak. EO Po random polyether is a typical example because of the many kinds of structural states of the same surfactant. If the irregular polyether irregularity changes, the various forms of EO Po chain connection will make a lot of structural differences in the same product.

However, the theoretical research in this field has been carried out very little in China, so it is not possible to determine the structure of a large number of surfactants (the original basis of product properties), and it is not enough to determine the product performance by conventional chemical analysis. The structure analysis of the random polyether has been studied and the thermodynamics and dynamics of PK are studied. This is undoubtedly a welcome step to pay attention to the basic theoretical research.

How to develop and utilize them, how to make their performance better meet the needs of synthetic fiber oil agents, how to make full use of their performance by modern deployment means are all the topics that should be studied in the future.
