Rinse several pieces of polyester square cloth (the side length is 10cm) with clean water until there is no bubble, and then dry naturally for standby. Prepare 100ml of 0.1% aqueous solution for each test sample, heat it to 30 ℃, add 4 pieces of treated polyester square cloth to each sample solution, stir for 3min, take it out and dry it, and then put it into a dryer containing sodium bromide with relative humidity of 65%, and measure its surface resistance value after 2H. The average value of 4 pieces of cloth in each group is the test result of the sample at this concentration. The greater the reduction of resistance value, It shows that the better the antistatic performance. When RS ≥ 1013, it has good antistatic performance; When rs = 1012 ~ 1011, it is good; When rs = 1010, it is general; When RS < 1009, it is poor.

Alkyl glucosides not only have excellent detergency, but also produce very fine and smooth bubbles during washing process. These delicate and smooth bubbles reduce the friction of clothes during washing process and protect clothing. Therefore, alkyl glucosides are suitable for detergents of high grade clothing such as wool and silk.

In addition to the properties of general non-ionic alkyl glycosides, it also has the properties of cationic surface activity, and can be compounded with anionic surfactants without precipitation. Cationic alkyl glycosides can be compounded with almost all anionic surfactants to play a synergistic role. After compounding, it can significantly reduce the surface strength and critical micelle concentration, especially the bactericidal performance is significantly improved, the bactericidal spectrum is wide and the bactericidal power is strong. The use of very low concentration cationic alkyl glycosides can achieve effective bactericidal effect, Therefore, it can be used as a sanitary finishing agent for textiles for disposable underwear, socks, gloves, masks and so on.
